What does Sigmatech do?
Sigmatech, Inc. is an aerospace and defense engineering firm delivering systems engineering, program management, software and digital engineering, test and evaluation, and training solutions to federal, defense, and intelligence customers.
When was Sigmatech founded?
Sigmatech was founded in 1986 and has delivered mission-critical engineering and technical services to the U.S. government for nearly four decades.
Where is Sigmatech headquartered?
Our headquarters is in Huntsville, Alabama, with additional offices and on-site personnel positioned near the customers and programs we support.
Is Sigmatech a small business?
Not generally. Sigmatech is an other-than-small (large) business across most of its work. We do qualify as a small business under one classification — NAICS code 541715, Research and Development in the Physical, Engineering, and Life Sciences — but that code is the only exception.

Yes. Through the National Security Space Institute (NSSI) and our missile defense work, we provide space education, training, and engineering support to the space and missile defense warfighter.

Yes. We routinely embed engineers and technical staff on-site at customer locations, and we scale teams to match program size, security requirements, and mission tempo.

Yes. The majority of our workforce holds active security clearances, allowing us to staff classified programs quickly and support sensitive missions without delay.

Yes. Sigmatech participates in the DoD SkillBridge program and actively recruits transitioning military personnel and veterans whose mission experience strengthens the teams we field.
