The Team
Leadership Built on Service
Sigmatech's leadership team brings together decades of military service, DoD program management, and industry expertise — program officers, commanders, and technical leads who have sat on both sides of the table and understand what the warfighter actually needs.
Today that experience guides a workforce of 586+ teammates across five offices nationwide — 57% veterans and 85% holding security clearances — supporting missions across space, air, and ground domains.

Who We Are
One Team Behind Every Mission
The leaders above don't sit apart from the work — they came up through the program offices, command posts, and engineering labs that built Sigmatech's reputation. Behind them stands a workforce of cleared engineers, analysts, and program professionals who treat every contract as a commitment to the warfighter, not a line item.
Built on Service
Our growth has been earned program by program — 50+ prime contracts delivered by teams who have sat on both sides of the acquisition table.
Mission First, Always
Across space, aviation, security cooperation, and C5ISR, our teams measure success in warfighter outcomes. Decisions get made close to the mission, by people who understand it firsthand.
A Culture That Stays
Decades of customer retention and a cleared, veteran-heavy workforce reflect a simple truth: people stay where the work matters and the leadership leads from the front.
