How we collect, use, and protect the information you share with us through this website.
Overview
Sigmatech, Inc. ("Sigmatech," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It applies only to this website. It does not apply to information you provide to us in the course of a government contract or other agreement, which is governed by the terms of that contract.
Information We Collect
We collect information you choose to provide and a limited amount of technical information collected automatically.
- Contact form. When you use our contact form, we collect the type of inquiry you select, your name, email address, phone number (optional), and the subject and content of your message.
- Careers and applications. When you apply for a position, your application is processed through our third-party applicant tracking system. The information you submit there (such as your resume, contact details, and work history) is handled by that provider and by Sigmatech for recruiting purposes.
- Automatically collected. Like most websites, our servers may record standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps, for security, troubleshooting, and to operate the site.
- Cookies and local storage. We use a small number of functional cookies and browser local storage (for example, to remember your light or dark theme preference and whether you have dismissed a site notice). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
How We Use Information
- To respond to your inquiries and provide the information or follow-up you request.
- To review and process employment applications.
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the website.
- To comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed for the purposes above, including with:
- Service providers. We use Resend to deliver contact form submissions to us by email, and a third-party applicant tracking system to process job applications. These providers process information on our behalf and are expected to protect it.
- Legal and safety. When required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Sigmatech, our personnel, or others.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or similar transaction, consistent with applicable law.
Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, to satisfy legal, regulatory, or contractual requirements, or to resolve disputes, after which it is deleted or de-identified.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
